WORKFLOW
1. Summarize parties, term, payment, scope and termination.
2. Flag unusual or one-sided clauses (liability, indemnity, IP, auto-renewal, non-compete).
3. Explain each flag in plain English.
4. List questions to ask your attorney.
5. Note key dates.
